Research methodology.

The most suitable method for this study was Quantitative and we chose Survey for that and it was done using Qualtrics and user testing.
Setting goals.

Goals been described and brainstormed with multiple teams, such as mainly product designers and managers.

Participants and method.
Moving on to participants distribution: There were total 86 participants, and the gender split was 50-50, including all three tiers, Tier I and II had the highest %. Lastly the age range of participants was between 18-40 years old.

Key takeaways.
Majority of users shopped from various platforms, including Nykaa Beauty, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, Urbanic, Zara, H&M, and Instagram shops. However, Amazon and Myntra were ranked the highest.
Over 90% of users always check the delivery dates on the platform.
For 37% users, the typical delivery time is in the range of 2-3 days, while 23% experienced delivery times of more than 4 days. For 19% of the users, the typical delivery fell within the range of 3-4 days, and an equal percentage experienced delivery times of 1-2 days.
Over 70% users, actively check the delivery dates on both PLP and PDP (before adding the product to CART). Interestingly, 19% of users see when adding items to their bag, while 18% do so during the bagging and checkout process. Only a smaller percentage 8%, see after making the payment.
